About

PixelDrift started as a shared notes doc between three friends who kept messaging each other 'is this one worth downloading?' We got tired of app store descriptions that promise everything and reviews that read like press releases. So we built a place where we write down what we honestly think after playing.

We cover every genre because we play every genre. One of us is deep into turn-based strategy, another lives inside RPGs, and I personally can't stop replaying arcade racers on my commute. That mix keeps our takes broad instead of stuck in one lane.,We pick games a few ways: what's trending, what readers suggest, and what we stumble onto while digging through new releases. A game earns a full review only after we've spent real time with it — not just the tutorial. If we bounce off something in ten minutes, we say that too.,Nothing here is paid placement. Developers can reach out, but a message never buys a good score. We'd rather keep the trust than chase a headline. If we ever change how we work, we'll say so plainly on this page.
